We ship plants when they're 3-8 inches tall, though they often arrive taller than that. The exact size varies depending on the time of year and how long we've been growing them.

Since our plants are still in a pre-flowering stage, they usually ship without blooms. Full-grown plants will eventually grow flowers, and some varieties, like the Agapanthus, won't start flowering until they're three years old. Others can bloom at a very young age, so you might occasionally receive a plant with a flower, but that's the exception rather than the rule.

We ensure that your plants arrive alive and healthy. Packaging live plants and shipping them can be stressful, but they bounce back quickly. Included with every plant are basic care instructions, and you can also access additional information specific to the variety you ordered.
